Pakistan Successfully tests Ballistic missile ‘Ghaznavi’ having range 290 KMs
The Night of 29 August, 2019 the official twitter handle of Director General of Inter-Service Public Relations (DGISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor tweeted that Pakistan successfully carried out night training launch of surface to surface ballistic missile Ghaznavi, capable of delivering multiple types of warheads upto 290 KMs
The tweet showed a video of Ghaznavi missile raising towards sky and a group photo of the whole crew conducting the test. He congratulated the nation on this successful test and added that Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and services chiefs congratulates the team. He also said The President and Prime Minister of Pakistan also conveyed appreciation to the team.

Ghaznavi (the surface to surface ballistic missile) is capable of delivering multiple types of warheads up to range of 290 KMs.
